Previews are free, so you can see how your draft opens, how long it runs and what still needs filling in before you pay. If an unlocked speech or tribute is unusable (for example, it got key facts wrong and a redraft didn't fix it), email support@paperchore.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. If you paid twice by mistake, we'll refund the duplicate.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
